why: we love how photographer Stephen Gill uses local found imagery and objects as his inspiration. In the image above from a series entitled Hackney Flowers Stephen places pressed flowers, seeds and berries on top of the image before re-photographing it. His work is perfect for introducing a more 'fine art' approach to photography and the students will love the personal approach to it.
