3W: Evelin Kasikov

what: fun pixelated portraits
why: because their original, bright and all based on the same embroidery grid. The works above are part of The Portrait Project where Eveline Kasikov is stitching 10 portraits using different methods, thicknesses and colours of thread. The grids consist of squares, crosses and diagonal lines and it isn't until you stand back that you begin to see the beautiful pixelated faces hidden within.
